Back-On-Track plan:

  • Back-On-Track plan costs are based on your pre-paid budget. You choose your pre-paid budget from the list of available budget levels.
  • Its goal is to make the treatment process as efficient as possible.
  • Treatment goals are caries and periodontal management, replacing missing teeth, and establishing stable function.
  • All BOT plans require assessment and approval by Dr. Swann
  • BOT Plan warranty:
    All BOT plans have a maintenance time period where any problems that arise are addressed and treated at no cost. All problems are addressed under our normal processes.
